COME FUNZIONA LA DIETA DEL PH ALCALINO?

2) O sta per oli, i preziosi oli salubri o grassi essenziali con straordinarie proprietà antinfiammatorie

4) S sta per sale, anche in questo caso il sale giusto. Se infatti il comune cloruro di sodio è praticamente da bandire dalle nostre tavole, ben diverso è il discorso per le miscele di Sali minerali in grado di alzare il ph del nostro organismo, come questa:

In estrema sintesi, gli alimenti di cui fare incetta sono avocado, pomodori, germogli, limoni, lime, pompelmi, melanzane, erbe e spezie, soia sottoforma di semi, germogli, tofu o lecitina. Da evitare invece zucchero, carboidrati semplici, cibi raffinati e trattati, frutta zuccherina, latte e derivati, carne e uova, grassi saturi e oli riscaldati, lieviti, funghi, alghe, cibi fermentati, alcool, caffeina, mais e derivati, arachidi e derivati, dolcificanti artificiali, cibi cotti al microonde. Il pesce può essere consumato occasionalmente come alimento di transizione.
